Ramudden acquires Wopio AB and Smartprotect Nordic AB

On September 1st, Ramudden acquired 100% of the shares in Wopio AB and Smartprotect Nordic AB. These acquisitions reinforce Ramudden’s capacity to develop and distribute next-generation traffic safety solutions.

Ramudden acquires Jade Infra Oy

On July 3, Ramudden signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in the Finnish temporary traffic management and flag guard company, Jade Infra Oy.
