Ramudden has signed an agreement to acquire Halleskog & Hansson

Ramudden and Work Zone Safety Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Halleskog & Hansson AB, one of the regional leaders in the Stockholm market within temporary traffic management and traffic control plans. In 2021, Halleskog & Hansson had a revenue of approx. SEK 45mn.

Ramudden and Work Zone Safety Group acquires Trafino Oy

Ramudden and Work Zone Safety Group, the largest temporary traffic and safety solutions specialist in Europe, have acquired 100% of the shares in Trafino Oy, the leading provider of traffic management equipment in Finland.

Ramudden AS acquires BM Skilt AS

On October 21st, Ramudden AS signed the acquisition of BM Skilt AS from the management team. The transaction closes on November 1st.
